Selected Works & Inside/Out

SubSpaceSouth will exhibit the work of James Clar in conjunction with his large-scale architectural installation Inside/Out over the rooftops of buildings in downtown Memphis during Trolley Tour. The installation will sample the activity levels from the inside of the buildings and display that information on the rooftops as a dynamic lighting display. When people look down the street they will see each building-node with the inside information on the outside.  James is currently a Lantana Projects Fellow and Artist in Resisidence at the FedEx Institute of Technology.
